Company Info

Exhibiting

  • The organiser for your company will receive a Company Profile Form from the Client Relations Team, as well as the guide for providing logos. Please complete and return all the requested information as soon as possible.   

  • You can access your company exhibitor page through the GovNet Event Platform.  Please ensure to register for your exhibitor badge before attempting to sign in.    

Badges

  • Register in advance to ensure a quick check-in and stay updated. Complete the Exhibitor Badge Registration Form and select "Exhibitor" as your attendee type.

  • Please contact client.relations@modernising-justice.co.uk should you need further assistance.   

  • Your exhibitor badge is in QR code form within the GovNet app. Scan on arrival at registration to print your physical badge.  

  • Yes, you can register badges for your colleagues. Submit a separate registration form for each colleague using their individual email addresses. Please note, multiple registrations under one email address are not permitted.

    Please Note: Exhibitor badges are for stand personnel only i.e. those working on your exhibition stand and not members of staff attending as visitors. 

  •  The number of badges depends on your stand size and arrangements with your account manager.  Please speak to them to find out how many badges you have. 

Promotion

  • Please contact client.relations@modernising-justice.co.uk to access the Sponsor Portal for all your promotional materials. 

  • You can view the full exhibitor list on the website here and in the Event App. Please note these are continuously updated right up to the event.   

Planning

  • The Exhibitor Operations Manual will be sent to the main point of contact for your team by our Client Relations team. To locate it quickly, search your inbox for client.relations@modernising-justice.co.uk.

Networking

  • The GovNet Event App is the official networking platform for the conference. It’s also your one-stop-shop for all event details, the Exhibitor Directory, Agenda, Delegate List, Meetings Tool & much more. 

  • Exhibitors gain exclusive access to the platform 8 weeks from show date.  

  • Visitors gain access to the platform 4 weeks out from the show date. You can then invite attendees to meet you on-site by sending them meeting requests on the networking platform.

  • Once the platform is live, if you’ve registered for your exhibitor badge, you will receive a welcome email with a direct link.
